Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LiquidFlow, we strive to provide exceptional design services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or make changes to your subscription. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. Before the Subscription Starts: If you wish to cancel your subscription before it officially starts, you may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of the LiquidFlow and Tier2 Digital team. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred during the planning phase and refund the remaining amount paid.
  1. After the Subscription Starts: For Monthly Plan Subscribers: Once the work has commenced, no refunds are provided for that month. If the cancellation is done at least 7 days before the billing date for the subsequent month, the auto-charge for the subsequent month after the cancellation month will be stopped. For Annual Plan Subscribers: We make investments including in hiring and managing resources, training and development, software tool subscriptions etc. to provide you with reliable and high quality services. Refunds might be possible at the discretion of LiquidFlow team and would be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and would always include a minimum deduction of 3 months from the time cancellation request is raised. 

Customer Liability:

  1. Payment Obligation: Once the subscription has started, the customer is obligated to fulfil the subscription charges as agreed upon in the LiquidFlow Terms & Conditions, even if the services are no longer required or are not utilised. 
  1. Bought Out and Third-Party Expenses: The client might be liable to pay any bought out and third-party expenses incurred or liable to incur during the course of the subscription. Such expenses are generally pre-approved by clients through email or Slack ahead of incurring the cost. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, software licences, platform costs, stock content and imagery, or other similar assets. The client agrees to pay these expenses at the discretion of LiquidFlow, as outlined in the project contract or separate agreement.

Dispute Resolution:

  1. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this cancellation and refund policy shall be settled through a mutually agreed arbitrator or in the district court of Tiruchirappalli, India.

Please note that our cancellation and refund policy is designed to protect the investments we make in terms of time, resources, and expertise. We encourage our clients to carefully consider their decision before initiating a subscription with us and to communicate any concerns or questions they may have before subscribing.

This cancellation and refund policy is effective as of 17th July 2024 and is subject to change at the discretion of LiquidFlow. Any modifications or updates to this policy will be communicated to our subscribers through email and will be updated in the policy page of the LiquidFlow.design website..
